Refund Policy

At Amaramu, we aim to create a meaningful experience for everyone who joins our yoga sessions and programmes.

We understand that plans may change, so we’ve kept our refund policy simple and fair.

1. Class and Workshop Bookings

  • Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled session.
  • Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the session are not eligible for a refund or reschedule.

2. Memberships and Packages

  • Memberships and multi-class packages are non-refundable once activated or used.
  • If you have not attended any class after purchase, you may request to reschedule your start date.

3. Online Sessions and Courses

  • Fees for online sessions and courses are non-refundable once paid.
  • You may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before the session begins.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

4. Missed Sessions

  • No refunds or credits are issued for missed classes or late arrivals.
  • If informed in advance, rescheduling may be supported at our discretion.

5. Retreats and Special Events

  • Cancellations made 14 days or more before the start date are eligible for a refund (minus any processing fees).
  • Cancellations made within 14 days are non-refundable due to advance arrangements.

6. Cancellations by Amaramu

  • If we cancel or postpone a class, workshop, or event, you may choose a full refund or transfer your booking to another date.

7. How to Request a Refund

  • Email support@amaramu.com with your booking details.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.

8. Non-Refundable Services

  • Certain personalised or one-to-one sessions are non-refundable once confirmed.
  • Please review details before booking.

9. Policy Updates

  • Amaramu reserves the right to update this policy at any time.
  • The latest version will always be available on our website.
