Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans may change. At Amaramu Studio, we do our best to support flexibility while keeping our classes and events running smoothly.
1. Class and Workshop Cancellations
- Please cancel at least 72 hours before the scheduled session.
- Cancellations made after this period are not eligible for a refund or reschedule.
2. Memberships and Packages
- Once a membership or package has started, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
- If unused (no classes attended), you may request to adjust the start date.
3. Online Sessions and Courses
- Cancellations and rescheduling are permitted up to 48 hours before the session begins.
- After 48 hours, cancellations are not accepted as the slot is already reserved.
4. Missed Classes
- No refunds or credits apply for missed sessions or late arrivals.
- If notified in advance, we may allow rescheduling based on availability.
5. Cancellations by Amaramu
- If we cancel or postpone any class, workshop, or event, you may choose a full refund or move your booking to a future date.
6. Retreats and Special Events
- Cancellations made 14 days or more before the start date are eligible for a refund (minus processing fees).
- Cancellations made within 14 days are non-refundable.
