Gentle inversions and anti gravity stretches followed by deep relaxation
Supported Anti Gravity Practice for Strength, Flexibility, and Confidence at Amaramu Studio
Aerial Yoga at Amaramu Studio is designed to help the body feel lighter while building steady strength and awareness. The hammock supports deeper stretches and spinal decompression while reducing strain on the joints. Sessions include guided movements for balance, coordination, and focus, along with safe inversions that improve circulation and body confidence. The practice ends with a calming relaxation while floating in the hammock, helping release stress and mental fatigue.
This session is suitable for beginners as well as regular practitioners when practiced with proper guidance.
