Prenatal Yoga at Amaramu Studio is thoughtfully structured to suit different stages of pregnancy. Each class includes slow, mindful movements that improve posture, circulation, and comfort. Special attention is given to pelvic floor awareness and gentle core support to help prepare the body for labor and recovery. The practice also helps reduce stress, anxiety, and fatigue, allowing mothers to feel more relaxed and confident throughout their pregnancy journey.

Do’s for Your Practice
- Join sessions only after receiving medical approval
- Wear loose and comfortable clothing
- Inform the instructor about your trimester and any discomfort
- Move slowly and listen carefully to your body
- Take rest whenever needed during the session

- Do not practice without medical clearance
- Avoid overstretching or holding the breath
- Do not perform strong twists or deep core work
- Avoid practicing when feeling unwell or extremely fatigued

- Uncontrolled medical conditions including severe hypertension, heart issues, or respiratory problems
- Severe back pain, pelvic pain, or joint problems that require special attention
- Acute illness, fever, or weakness
- Medical advice to limit physical activity or follow complete bed rest
