At Amaramu, we want your experience to be smooth from start to finish.
This page explains how payments work for all our yoga classes, wellness programs, and products, both online and at our studio.
1. How You Can Pay
We accept:
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM)
- Cash at our studio
All online payments are processed through trusted and secure gateways.
Your payment information is never shared with anyone.
2. Before You Pay
- All prices shown include taxes unless mentioned otherwise.
- Please check your class or product details before confirming the payment.
- Once you pay, you’ll receive an email or SMS with your payment confirmation.
- For studio payments, our team will give you a printed or digital receipt.
If you do not get confirmation within 24 hours, email us at support@amaramu.com with your payment details.
3. Refunds and Cancellations
We try to be fair while keeping our schedules organized.
Classes and Memberships
- Fees for started or completed classes can’t be refunded.
- You can reschedule a class if you inform us at least 24 hours before your booked time.
- Missed classes cannot be carried forward or adjusted later.
Product Orders
- If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
- We will replace the item or refund your amount after checking the issue.
- Refunds are sent to your original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
4. Failed Payments or Double Deductions
If your payment fails but the amount is taken from your account, don’t worry.
Your bank will automatically refund it within 5–7 business days.
If it doesn’t appear, please share your payment reference with us at support@amaramu.com, and we’ll help.
5. Questions or Payment Issues
If you face any payment issue, please contact us first.
Our team will reply within 3 working days and help sort it out.
